Early Voting Information for November 3, 2020 Election


The Board of Registrars wishes to inform the residents of the Town of Norwood that a special registration session has been set for the November 3, 2020 State Presidential Election.

 A special registration session will be held at the Municipal Building, Memorial Hall, 1st floor on Saturday, October 24, 2020, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

 This is the FINAL REGISTRATION SESSION prior to the State Presidential Election.

 A mail-in registration form is now available at Norwood Morrill Memorial Library and the Norwood Post Office.

 You may also register to vote on-line at


Qualifications to register to vote are that the applicants must be 18 years old on or before election day and must either be born in the United States or be a Naturalized Citizen.

Invasive Species Alert: Spotted Lanternfly

Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) recently confirmed a sighting of the invasive insect known as Spotted Lanternfly (Lycorma delicatula, “SLF”) in Norwood.

If you do not wish to return your ballot by mail, you may use the drop boxes that are located at the Town Hall. 
There is a blue drop box in the municipal parking lot in back of Town Hall as well as a brown drop box in front of Town Hall (Washington St.) side. 

Both boxes are locked and secured.  
Ballots may be dropped at any time.
